Good Morning Stitching World!
What a fantastic way to start the day. I am in Columbus, Texas at a girlfriend's family ranch for a stitching weekend!
We have all the necessary requirements for a successful weekend: Margarita Machine, food, stitching and of course good friends.
One of my favorite stitches to give for Stocking Cuffs is Curtain Stitch. I love the way that it tops of a stocking and because it is a vertical stitch it is easy to compensate. Which I know will make everyone happy.
Use 2 different fibers for the stitch, like a Neon Rays or Sparkle Rays for the frame work and a Frosty Rays or even a Planet Earth Silk for the insides.
We have some great new canvas on the website. I just love the Paisley Elephant from Alice Peterson.
If you have been wanting to take the 2nd class of Tony Minieri's of Back to Basics series we still have a few spaces available in September. We also have room in the Slava class. You can get the information here.
I am off to stitch...
Have a great day!
