Good morning Everyone!
We are in the process of giving the Blog a little pick me up. The Typepad people have fixed almost everything that I managed to mess up. It still needs a little cosmetic work but that is in the process. We will see what they come up with.
The main thing they fixed was the Feedburner. Now you can sign up to follow the post and I PROMISE to be more diligent about posting. So with that said!
It is hotter than blue blazes here in Austin and the only thing that makes sense to me is to stay inside and stitch. After finishing my 2 pieces for the "Under the deep blue sea" sereis, I had to finish up the 1st Kelly Clark Angel that I had started. Now granted she is not the first in the series since she is December but she was the first one Kelly got me and I jumped right in. I just love her. The lambs ears are picot needle woven.
The next one up is January and her threads are pulled for the most part. We will be starting this series in January and I desperately want to have most of them done by the start of the series. I have a little mini calendar put together of my timing for stitching, so we will see how that goes. I am thinking that I am going to get 2 or 3 on stretcher bars and bounce around working on them.
In between stitching on the Angels I plan on pulling out the Texas Santa that I started while Mom was sick and have just not been able to get back into. We have him hanging in the store on the stretcher bars so every day I am guilted into stitching him. Then we are going to have those projects that pop up because I have absolutely NO restraint.
I need to do a lttle reorganizing of my stitching closet and thread drawers and will be tackiling that a little bit at a time for the next week.
Since I am using my iPad to post I have to clump all my pictures together either at the end or the beginning. If anyone knows how to insert them in the middle, please let me know.
-- have a great day
